I had a mixed experience: the room was spacious but the furniture was dated and scratched. A roach in my room was disappointing and got no follow-up from staff. I wouldn't choose this place again.

everything was good, including delicious breakfasts with bacon, the omelette plus meat. location: the hotel was close to airport and raleigh. i often went to arby's to pick up some food.

Decent accommodations for the price.

I was frustrated with the front desk staff's attitude. They ignored me at check-in, acting as if I was an inconvenience. Plus, the toilet in my room needed plunging, and I was told to retrieve a plunger myself! I mean, why should I be responsible for fixing an issue that shouldn't have been mine in the first place? It felt deeply unprofessional and ruined my experience.

The king suite was super clean and spacious with comfy bedding. Nice amenities like a microwave, fridge, and tv. The bathroom had a good shower with strong water pressure. Breakfast was pretty decent too, with options like pastries and coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
